Family, friends remember Sridevi

Sigh. It has been a year since we lost the acting legend.

'My heart will always be heavy. But I'll always be smiling because it has you in it', elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor said.

'An unbearable loss is only made bearable through fond memories...We miss you #Sridevi. A whole lot', brother-in-law Anil Kapoor wrote.

'Will always remember the good times', sister-in-law Maheep Kapoor recalled with affection.

'A year already.. #Sridevi. You will live on through your work..', close family friend Shabana Azmi posted.

'When i was just starting out in my career She was so supportive, so encouraging.. getting to Choreograph a Sridevi show or a song for her was like a dream.. no wonder I never got awed or starstruck with any other star in my entire career because I started frm the TOP!' Farah Khan remembered.

'There never was n never will be anyone like SRIDEVI.. love her always (this photo is frm 1994- world tour)', Farah added, posting a picture.

'Still can't get over that this bundle of life, of energy, of love, left us when she has so much much more to give @SrideviBKapoor', wrote Shekhar Kapur, who directed Sridevi in Mr India.

'I miss #Sridevi. She was one of the finest actresses i worked with anywhere in the world', noted Anupam Kher, who worked with her in Lamhe and many other films.
