A look at the hits and misses of the week.

The pre-Diwali period is usually dull, as the films do not fare well at the box office.

There were a bunch of releases last weekend but only Main Aur Charles has managed fair collections, thanks to positive reviews and word-of-mouth. But the film could have done much better if the release period was right.

Guddu Ki Gun, with its weird theme, has not found many takers.

Other releases like Titli, Love Exchange, Once Upon A Time In Bihar, Mere Sai Ram and The Last Horror did not find audience.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives us the box office verdict for the week.
