The latest updates from the Malayalam film industry.
Actress Bhama recently came under the media scanner when reports started doing the rounds that she wasn't allowed to leave a private inaugural function midway.
'According to the terms, I was supposed to be paid Rs. 2.5 lakh for inaugurating the shop. Out of this, an amount of Rs 1 lakh was promised as advance. The rest of the amount was to be handed over in cash before the inaugural function,' she explained in her Facebook post.
'But only an amount of Rs 15,000 came to my account as advance. But as a professional, I deemed it as my duty to attend the function and I expected that the promised amount would be handed over when I reach the premises for the function.'
She says that a person, who claimed to be the Managing Director of a Celebrity Management agency, was behind this fraudulent act.
'I request my well wishers not to believe the canards spread against me in this regard,' she added.

So I guess it's fair to say a big THANK YOU to the best thing that's happened to me.
'Thank you Supriya for being who you are and for giving birth to the biggest happiness in my life. I love you!'
