Irrespective of whether they are together or not, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez continue to be in the news.
The couple recently parted ways after their much-hyped marriage failed to take place.
But the duo, who have been dubbed Bennifer, continue to remain friends. People magazine quoted Affleck as saying, 'I'm on really good terms with Jen. We still talk.'
The actor sent JLo a note before flying off to New York City to promote his new movie Jersey Girl, directed by Kevin Smith. 'I do not envy you having to do this junket,' replied Lopez.
According to Affleck, seeing himself with his former fiancé is 'fun'. He is happy about this film, which co-stars JLo and Liv Tyler, and points out he split with Gwyneth Paltrow shortly before the release of their film Bounce.
Jersey Girl is not Affleck's first film with Lopez. The duo worked in last year's biggest disaster, Gigli.
For now, Affleck is taking it easy on the romance scene. 'I'm not all that eager to be dating anyone,' he told People.
