Aditya Chopra makes directorial comeback with Befikre

September 28, 2015 17:03 IST

A lowdown on what's going on in Bollywood:

Aditya Chopra is all set to return to the director chair after seven years.

According to a long note posted by the Yash Raj Films official Facebook account, Chopra, who last directed Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008, will be directing a 'light-hearted' romance titled Befikre -- Those Who Dare To Love.

The famously reticent filmmaker also revealed in the aforementioned note that he was not bothered about making Rs 100 or 200 crore with this film.

'It’s my happiest film. My youngest film. My riskiest film,' the note read, written like a conversation between Chopra and his late father, the veteran director-producer Yash Chopra.

Chopra made the announcement on his father's 83rd birthday on September 27.
