Celebrating Nelson Mandela!

What a better way to celebrate the birthday of the former president of South Africa, Nelson Mandela (he turns 90 on July 18), than by watching Goodbye Bafana?

Directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Bille August, Goodbye Bafana is a moving story about the unlikely relationship between a white jailor (Joseph Fiennes) and his prisoner, Nelson Mandela (Dennis Haysbert).

Poised against the backdrop of South Africa's struggle against apartheid, this film, which won the Peace Prize at last year's Berlin Film Festival, is a powerful and sensitive account of one man's journey from hatred to compassion.

Goodbye Bafana will release in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore this Friday, July 18.
