Earlier today, the Bombay high court ruled that the music of Rakesh Roshan's production, Krazzy 4 [Images], was a copy, and the songs in question should be removed from the film before its release on April 11.

But the case has now been dismissed after an out-of-court settlement was reached between music director Ram Sampath and the Roshans.

Though it is unclear what deal the two parties struck, Sampath had asked for damages worth Rs 2 crores for his music that was used in the BreakFree songs without his permission.

Sampath had filed a case of copyright infringement against the Roshans and claimed that he was not given due credit for two songs that were lifted by music director Rajesh Roshan in the Krazzy 4 soundtrack.

The Bombay high court ruled in his favour this morning. But now, the two parties have had an out-of-court settlement to solve the issue.

As of today, Krazzy 4 will release on time on April 11, with all its songs.
