After spending considerable time in Rajasthan for daughter Pooja Bhatt's forthcoming film Dhoka, and also in France due to the death of his spiritual guru U G Krishnamurty, Mahesh Bhatt is back to doing what he does best. He is planning a film on the death of Bob Woolmer, the erstwhile coach of Pakistan cricket team.

Though Bhatt is hesitant in divulging any information about the film as it is in its initial stages, he says the film will be directed by first-timer Kunal Deshmukh and will star Emraan Hashmi.

He added that the film will not be fully based on Woolmer but will incorporate certain events from his life. Bhatt also said the shooting of the film will start in the first week of July. The first schedule will take place in London.

Incidentally, Deshmukh had assisted director Mohit Suri for films like Zeher, Kalyug and Woh Lamhe.

This is not the first time the Bhatts have borrowed from real life. Their earlier film Gangster was apparently inspired from the life of gangster Abu Salem, while Woh Lamhe was inspired from Bhatt's affair with late actress Parveen Babi.
