They may have been arch rivals on Celebrity Big Brother -- the British reality show that kicked up accusations of racism -- but Shilpa Shetty is unperturbed by her tormentor Jade Goody's arrival in India.
Shetty, who won the contest and in the process also raked up sympathies from the British public even as Goody's 'racist' remarks were condemned by politicians, claims to have 'moved on in life' after the episode.
"Shilpa has not been contacted by her (Goody). India is full of very tolerant and cultured people and everyone is welcome," Shetty's spokesperson said here in a statement. "Shilpa doesn't hold grudges or animosity for anyone. That's the way she is. After Big Brother, she has moved on in life," the statement read.
Goody, a British television star, arrived in Delhi on Monday on a private visit reportedly to a 'warm welcome' by the hotel that she checked into.
Meanwhile, Shetty is busy completing her committments in Bollywood -- shooting for Anurag Basu's Metro and Anil Sharma's Apne.
She will soon fly back to Britain, the spokesperson said adding, "Shilpa will now be doing a balancing act between Bollywood and the West. Big Brother has not changed her, but it has taught her how to be diginified in any situation."
