This one's about Thirupathi (Ajit), who ekes out a living renting loudspeakers and music systems. His family comprises his parents, a brother who aspires to be a doctor and a married sister. His close friend is Muthu (Riaz Khan), the son of a minister (Pyramid Natarajan). Thirupathi will go to any extent for his friend's happiness. Priya (Sada) a beautician woos Thirupathi, who falls in love with her.

Then, the predictable occurs. Thirupathi's pregnant sister dies in hospital because the doctor performs an unwanted operation. This angers the brother, who beats the doctor to pulp but is shocked when Muthu steps in and asks him to call it off because the doctor is his stepbrother. Thirupathi vows to finish off the doctor and Muthu. How he goes about it forms the rest of the story.

Perarasu has this misconception that if a Caesarean section is performed on a pregnant woman who would otherwise have had a normal delivery, she dies. Doors of 5-star hospitals should be opened free of cost to the poor, argues the director.

The fight scenes are totally unrealistic and music is loud and noisy. Ajit salvages the situation with a spirited performance, while Sada is beauty without talent. Riaz Khan also performs well. All in all, however, this one's definitely out of bounds for those looking for a sensible entertainer.
