JLo and Marc AnthonyPop diva Jennifer Lopez was gifted a $1 million engagement ring by her singer husband Marc Anthony to celebrate their first wedding anniversary on June 5.

'It sounds odd, but Marc and Jennifer were never really engaged -- they just got married. So to mark their first anniversary,  Marc officially proposed, this time presenting Jennifer with an engagement ring from the exclusive jeweller-to-the-stars Neil Lane,' a friend of the couple was quoted by femalefirst.co.uk as saying.

In turn, Lopez reportedly treated Anthony to $ 5,000 worth of shopping.

The couple reportedly visited the Lisa Kline Men store and bought gifts, which included a ring, a backpack and a sapphire- studded bracelet.

'She had so much fun dressing him up. They were really laid-back, not all over each other, but just being a cute couple,'

ratethmusic.com quoted an onlooker as saying.

Both J-Lo's previous marriages -- with Cuban waiter Ojani Noa and dancer Chris Judd -- failed to pass the one-year mark.

MJ bans supporters from speaking about him

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson has reportedly banned Reverend Jesse Jackson or any other supporter from speaking for him in public.

In the past few days, Rev Jackson and MJ's spokesman Raymone Bain have appeared at Santa Maria court in California to talk about the singer.

MJ's lawyer Thomas Mesereau is furious that they have spoken out while the jury is considering its verdict on child abuse allegations.

A statement on behalf of the singer's family said, 'The efforts of friends and supporters are noticed and very much appreciated. However, only Michael Jackson's attorneys have been authorised to speak on his behalf.'

Meanwhile, BBC Radio 2 bosses have vowed to ban the King of Pop's records if he is convicted of abusing a 13-year-old boy.

Download Russell Crowe's solo album online

Russell CroweRussell Crowe is a man of many talents, for he is as good a singer as he is an actor.

According to contactmusic.com, his fans will be only able to download his album from the Internet.

'It's just a group of songs. It's called My Hand My Heart, and there will not be any traditional release. So the only way you can get it is by downloading it from (Apple's) iTunes. It's produced by Alan Doyle from the Canadian band Great Big Sea. It's up there now, if you want to go and  grab it,' the star was quoted as saying.

Meanwhile, Crowe, who was recently arrested for throwing a telephone at a clerk in a New York hotel, has said he deeply regrets the incident and will accept any punishment meted out to him.

The Gladiator star insisted that he didn't intend to hurt the clerk, Nestor Estrada, but took responsibility for his unacceptable behaviour.

'I'm very sorry for my actions. I know it's my fault. I'll cop whatever I cop. I wasn't aiming at him, but I've got no excuses,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted Crowe as saying.

The New Zeland-born star had thrown the telephone against a wall and inflicted minor injuries on Estrada's face, enraged at being unable to call his family in Australia.
