Hollywood is famed for its movies and infamous for the broken marriages among its glamorous denizens. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Sadie Frost and Jude Law and Sharon Stone and Phil Bronstein, executive editor of the San Francisco Chronicle, are recent examples. Then there is the recent Jennifer Lopez-Ben Affleck romance that fizzled out before it could reach the altar.

Now, it is Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry's (Monster's Ball) marriage that is in trouble. CNN reports the 37-year-old stunner has parted ways with her husband of three years, Eric Benet. It is rumoured that Benet, who is a singer, had problems staying faithful to Berry.

Berry, who has made several attempts to sort things out, has seemingly had enough. She told CNN she needs time to 'reevaluate' their 'union'.

Aussie love bites the dust!

Berry and Benet are not the only ones in trouble. Australian actors Naomi Watts (Mulholland Dr, The Ring) and Heath Ledger (The Patriot, A Knight's Tale) have also decided to go their separate ways. The duo met on the sets of the Aussie production, Ned Kelly, and love just happened.

But their romance could not survive their hectic work schedules or lifestyles. A snippet on the Melbourne Herald Sun says the good-looking duo have now decided to end their 16-month relationship. They, however, continue to remain good friends, says the report.
