Cast: Juhi Chawla, Sanjay Suri, Rinke Khanna, Rahul Bose, Riya Sen, Shayan Munshi Plot: Deep (Sanjay Suri) and Rishi (Rahul Bose) are best friends working together in an advertising agency. Musically inclined, they also perform at a local club every night. Their biggest ambition is to win Jhankaar Beats, a prestigious inter-state music competition held annually in Mumbai, which they have lost for the past two years. The winners of this competition are invited to cut an album with a big music label. This year, Deep and Rishi hope to win. But this is only one of their problems.

|
Deep's wife (Juhi Chawla) is seven months pregnant with their second child. Her mother insists on staying with them till the baby arrives. This may have been fine, except that Deep simply cannot get along with his mother-in-law.
Rishi and Nicki (Rinke Khanna) are in the midst of a bitter divorce. Neel (Shayan Munshi), the third member of the band, cannot get himself to profess his love to Priti (Riya Sen). Meanwhile, Deep and Rishi face the threat of being fired if they do not bag the prestigious account of a condom campaign for their advertisement agency. Will they solve their problems and finally win the coveted Jhankaar Beats?
