Sunny's machismo not good enough for BO

Anil Sharma's Rs 550 million film The Hero: Love Story Of A Spy, starring Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta and Priyanka Chopra, failed to lift the Hindi film industry out of the doldrums, though it did well in Mumbai.

Jose Punnoose's 3-D film Chota Jadugar, with Suraj Balajee, who was seen in Shah Rukh Khan's Asoka, managed to lure children into cinema halls in Mumbai with attractions like free candyfloss and tattoos. Yet, the film fared badly.

Note: Films are ranked on the basis of their performance at the box office every week. Though a film may be declared a flop, it may have performed better than other films that week.
