Dubai-based Emirates, which began operations in 1985 and now flies 3,000 flights to 130 cities in 77 countries, not only offers first-class passengers the facility to shower midflight, but also an attendant. The drawbacks are that travellers need to book the shower spa and they cannot stay inside more than five minutes.
