The global average connection speed once again saw a solid quarter-over-quarter increase, growing 13 per cent to reach 3.0 Mbps, according to a recent study released by Akmai, an Internet content delivery network headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
However, quarterly changes were not as positive across the top 10 countries, with eight seeing lower average connection speeds than in the previous quarter.
