China has constructed a copy of an Italian city called Florentia Village. It's a sprawling 14-acre complex of colonnades and piazzas that boasts its own faux Colosseum and Grand Canal with gondolas that glide under a Rialto bridge.

A bridge crosses a canal that flows through the centre of the Florentia Village in the district of Wuqing, located on the outskirts of the city of Tianjin, China.
