The super rich in India are being spoiled for choice as more and more high-end car are make a beeline for India.

The hyper-car market in India got yet another player with the Swedish carmaker Koenigsegg launching its all new Agera in the country at a price tag of Rs 12.5 crore or Rs 125 million (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Agera Vs Bugatti

The all new Agera is powered by a mid-engine 4.7-litre aluminum V8 motor with twin-turbo superchargers.

The mill is capable of generating a mind boggling 910bhp and a max torque of 112kgm at 5100rpm.

The car breaks the 100kmph barrier in 3.1 seconds and goes past the 200kph like a bullet in 8.9sec.

With an approx top speed of 390kph it is only fair to compare it with the Bugatti Veyron.

There are only about 18-20 Agera cars that will be produced in a year.

Last Diwali, supercar Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport was launched in India.

The world's fastest car, with a record of 430 km/hr, finally reached India on October 28.

Veyron comes with its elite clientele and a price tag of Rs 12 crore (Rs 120 million).

It is named after French racing driver Pierre Veyron and has an eight-litre engine teamed with a seven gear clutch transmission that is capable of producing 1,001 bhp and 1200 Nm torque.

It has 64 valves and four turbochargers that make it go faster than a bullet. Veyron is a four-wheel drive and does the 0-100 kmph sprint in less than three seconds.
