New BMW 7 Series will be launched in 2013
The current 7 Series is well received by Indian customers and BMW hopes to impress a wider audience with the refreshed version by March next year.
Apart from the stretched wheelbase, the new car will have a slightly modified front fascia.
The new LED headlamps and a modified kidney grill will align the new 7 Series's looks alongside its modern siblings.

The front bumper too will be reprofiled and the OVRMs now contain the turn indicators at the bottom.
The profile will look imposing due to the added length. The rear is also said to undergo few modifications as well.
The interior will largely remain the same, save for few minor improvements. Slightly narrow front seats and inclusion of 1200 watt Bang and Olufsen music system are noticeable changes.

The leviathan is expected to be powered by the six cylinder 3.0 litre which is tweaked for more power and fuel efficiency.
It can propel the 7 Series form 0 to 100 kmph in a scant 6.2 seconds.
The refreshed BMW 7 Series will up the ante to take the fresh Audi A8L head on.
