Maruti hikes prices of new Swift Dzire
The year 2012 belongs to the small car wizard, Maruti Suzuki India, the company kick started the year with the launch of new Maruti Swift Dzire compact sedan with a trimmed boot.
Based on the new Swift hatch, 2012 Dzire is selling like pancakes. Swift Dzire is garnering as many as 15,000 sales every month and around 80 per cent of the sales comprise the diesel avatar.

Maruti hikes prices of new Swift Dzire
Driving past its competition, Dzire is enjoying the top slot in the entry level sedan segment.
After witnessing the unparalleled response received for new Swift Dzire, Maruti has hiked the prices of its diesel variant by Rs 8,000 to Rs 12,000.
The company has also raised the price of the AT variant of Dzire available on the VXi variant of the petrol trim by Rs 12,000.

Maruti hikes prices of new Swift Dzire
Within four months of the launch of new Dzire, this is the second time that Maruti has raised the price of the sedan.
It remains to be seen if this price hike will work against Maruti's favour or make no difference to Dzire's ever growing sales.
Offered in both, petrol and diesel guise, the new Dzire is available in manual as well as automatic transmission.
