The French automobile giant Renault has just unveiled the 2014 edition of their premium SUV, The all-new Renault Koleos.
The swanky SUV made a dashing debut with none other than Jai Ho star Salman Khan.
The actor was handed the keys to the all-new Koleos at the Renault Star Guild Awards 2014 by Sumit Sawhney - Country CEO and Managing Director for Renault Operations in India.

The new Renault Koleos boasts a monstrous 173 PS engine with automatic 4x4, 6-speed transmission for a convenient and comfortable drive.

Until now, the Koleos in India was available as a 4×4 only, that too with an automatic transmission.
The all-new model has a 4×2 MT and a 4×4 MT variant apart from the 4×4 AT variant.

All variants are powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine, which for the first time will be assembled at Renault-Nissan’s Chennai plant.
While the 4×4 variants have their power and torque outputs at 173 PS and 360 Nm respectively, the 4×2 will only produce 150 PS and 320 Nm.

Power is handled by a 6-speed manual transmission in the manual variants, and a 6-speed automatic transmission in the top-end variant.
