Yash Tech opens centre in Hyderabad

IT consulting company Yash Technologies Inc, a United States based software company, on Monday announced the opening of a new offshore development centre in Hyderabad.

"We have plans to invest $10 million in two years to build focus competencies in our Hydreabad centre and be a key provider of solutions for the small and medium-sized enterprises in India," Kirti Baheti, managing partner, Yash Technologies, said after the inauguration of the centre, according to a release issued by the company in New Delhi.

The new centre will help Yash expand its offshore resources from 100 to 250 and support its global clients in US, Europe, Middle East and domestic markets.

The centre will have competency centres in ERP, data warehousing and business intelligence, Microsoft.Net and e-business.

The company, which opened an offshore development centre for a Fortune client in Indore last year, has 100 people working on the J2RR and Microsoft technologies.
