The government said on Thursday that talks between basic and cellular operators to resolve the contentious WLL issue have failed.
The Group on WLL constituted by Communication and IT Minister Arun Shourie could not arrive at any decision and the matter would now be pursued in the telecom tribunal, telecom scretary Vinod Vaish told reporters in New Delhi.
