Videocon VCR recommends Dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY-02

Videocon VCR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has recommended a Dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for the period ended September 30, 2002 (FY-02) subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on March 27, 2003.
