Vasudha Trading to consider stock split

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Vasudha Trading & Agencies Ltd will be held on January 30, 2003 to consider:

• Sub Division of each existing equity share of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each at the said meeting.
• Issue and allotment of 1,00,000 equity shares at premium of Rs 10 per share to Anju Advisory Services Private Ltd.
