US institute to start India operations

In order to assist medium-size companies, California-based Adizes Institute will start its operations in India this month.

 The institute will open its first centre in Gurgaon, followed by Pune and Gujarat. The company will assist corporates who want to make a transition from entrepreneurship to professional management. In India, the Institute aims to address key management infrastructure issues with an approach to build a culture of mutual trust and respect.

In an interaction with Business Standard, Adizes Institute, country manager and founding partner Harsh Chopra said: "We are planning to commence our operations soon. The Adizes Institute will have three components. We will offer consultancy, training and development and would also open Adizes Graduate School in an association with existing B-Schools." 

He said: "Initially, we will open an institute in Gurgaon, followed by Pune and Gujarat."

Adizes is a worldwide consulting organization operating in 15 countries serving clients who work in diverse industries.
