- Clear guidelines for import of GM crop inputs
- Food supplies to internat'l flights treated as exports
- Advance Licensing and DFRC schemes clubbed
- New scheme called Duty Free Import Authorisation scheme
- Export Promotion Credit Guarantee scheme made flexible
