Mumbai to host TiE Summit in Dec

The Indus Entrepreneurs, a not-for-profit group focussed on nurturing entrepreneurship, will hold its TiE Entrepreneurial Summit 2006 in Mumbai next month.

The summit would be held between December 17 and 19, K V Kamath, managing director and CEO, ICICI Bank, who is a member of TiE's India Advisory Board, said.

"This summit provides an excellent platform to budding entrepreneurs to interact with iconic and successful entrepreneurs and share their experience," he said.

Industrial as well as political leaders like Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Infosys chief mentor N R Narayana Murthy and Pantaloon's Kishore Biyani would take part.
