Teledata buys I-Max Networks pie

Teledata Informatics LtdĀ said on Friday it has acquired over 80 per cent stake in London-based I-MAX Networks Ltd through its subsidiary.

I-MAX Networks is a provider of telecommunication carrier services, equipment distributor and an integrated solution provider.

The core business is based on wholesale and retail of International voice traffic and aggregating traffic for Incumbent Local Operators and its subsidiary Voicetec Systems caters to the wholesale business, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Teledata's share was trading up 4.97 per cent at Rs 19 in the morning at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
