Tamilnadu Petroproducts Q3 net at Rs 23.80 million

Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 23.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 as compared to Rs 91.90 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2001.

Total income (net of excise) has decreased from Rs 2046.30 million in DQ-01 to Rs 1678.20 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2002.

Profitability of the current year has been adversely affected due to increase in raw material, power and fuel prices.
