December 23, 2003 18:40 IST

Luxury watch maker Tag Heuer on Tuesday said it would invest Rs 10 crore (Rs 100 million) to expand its presence in the country.

The investment would be made to expand the reach in 20 cities and open four exclusive boutiques and 40 sales points, Tag Heuer brand manager Manishi M Sanyal said in New Delhi.

At present, the Tag Heuer watches are available in 14 cities with a total of 34 retail points and 10 after sales service centres.

He said in spite of high import duties, the company has been selling its three brands in India at par with prices across the world.
