iGate Global merges US arm with itself

Software solutions provider iGate Global Solutions Ltd said on Monday its US-based subsidiary, Symphoni Interactive LLC, has been merged with itself.

The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that as per the terms of the certificate issued by the secretary of the state of Delaware dated August 1, Symphoni Interactive has been merged with iGate Global.

The assets and liabilities of the above majority owned subsidiary (99.99 per cent) have been transferred to the branch office of iGate Global in the US consequent to the merger, it added.

The shares of the company closed at Rs 153, up 0.03 per cent at the BSE.
