Realty sector in Hyderabad has bounced back after the recent political crisis, as demand for residential and commercial properties has seen a rise in the city.

The trend is growing evidently in Tier I and Tier II areas, as these are high-demand markets. Hyderabad is one of the ten districts of the Telangana region, affected by the agitation for a separate Telegana state.
