Palais Royale, Mumbai

This skyscraper is under construction in Worli, central Mumbai and will be one of the city’s tallest, with floor plates averaging over 8,700 square feet. It’ll have 88 floors and reach a height of 320 m, It is meant to be completed late 2025 or 2026.

Lokhandwala Minerva, Mumbai

This residential tower is India’s second-tallest -- at the moment the tallest -- and offers royal residences with breathtaking views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea. It has 78 floors and a height of 301 m.

Piramal Aranya Arav

This building is known for its emphasis on greenery and serenity. It’s nestled near the expansive Rani Baug Botanical Gardens (Byculla Zoo) and will have 83 floors, reaching a height of 282.2 m. Two towers are already complete.

Lodha World One, Mumbai

Situated in the affluent Lower Parel neighbourhood, this building was once the world’s tallest residential tower and is a symbol of luxury and innovation in Indian real estate at 76 floors and a height of 280.2 m, with fancy amenities like an infinity pool, a private theatre, sports facilities, and a club.

Lodha World View, Mumbai

This tower is next to its taller neighbor, Lodha World One, in Lower Parel, and offers residents unparalleled extravagance and high-rise living. It’s 277.6 m tall and has 73 floors.

Lodha Trump Tower, Mumbai

This luxurious building at Worli, central Mumbai, is 268 m tall and has 76 floors. It’s got everything you could want, from a grand clubhouse to a private theatre and a fully-equipped fitness centre.

Omkar 1973 Tower A, Mumbai

This tower is also 267 meters tall and has 73 floors. In Worli, central Mumbai too, it’s got fancy-schmanzy living areas, panoramic views, and high-end amenities.

Omkar 1973 Tower B, Mumbai

This tower is the same height and has the same features as its twin, Omkar 1973 Tower A at Worli, central Mumbai. It’s one of three towers in the Omkar 1973 development and was completed in 2021. It’s got elegant design, spacious apartments, and exclusive facilities. This tower is also 267 m tall and has 73 floors

Nathani Heights, Mumbai

This tower is 262 m tall and has 72 floors. It’s located near Mumbai Central station and offers plush apartments and world-class accoutrements.

Three Sixty West Tower B, Mumbai 

This tower has stylish and unique look with all the best of everything, located in Worli, central Mumbai. It is actually part of a two-tower complex. Tower B is mildly taller and has offices and the Ritz-Carlton-managed starred hotel. While Tower A has residences. Tower B is 260 m tall and has 66 floors.
