Announcing ROHL's financial results for 2005-06, he said the group will increase its presence in Mysore with a second hotel, which would be followed by new hotels in Jaipur and Hyderabad. ROHL currently has four hotels here and one in Mysore with a total of 490 rooms.

"Our aim is to establish a national presence and be ranked among the top five players in the Indian hospitality industry in the next three years," he said, adding, the company is looking at expansion by way of joint ventures, taking property on lease, revenue-sharing basis, management-control model and building own properties.
ROHL posted a 56 per cent in net profit at Rs 23.04 crore (Rs 230.4 million) in the last financial year, up from Rs 14.77 crore (Rs 147.7 million) in the previous fiscal; turnover went up to Rs 85.97 crore (Rs 859.7 million) from Rs 58.18 crore (Rs 581.8 million), up 47 per cent. The company declared a maiden dividend of 50 per cent.
For the current fiscal, Baljee said the company is looking at a revenue growth of 50 per cent, while net profit would be "higher than that (50 per cent)."
