Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani on Thursday met Finance Minister P Chidambaram and other senior officials in the ministry.
This is Mukesh's first meeting with the finance minister after the settlement of ownership issues in the Reliance empire.
He also met with economic affairs secretary Ashok Jha.
The details of the meeting of the RIL chief was not immediately known.
Mukesh's younger brother, Anil Ambani, who got Reliance Infocomm, Reliance Energy and Reliance Capital after the settlement on June 18, had also called on Chidambaram recently.
