Pharma major Dr Reddy's Laboratories, on Monday said it will offer MBA programme in pharma management for its employees in association with Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
The MBA programme to be conducted by NMIMS, will focus on enhancing the participant employee's job performance as well as developing their abilities, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
This programme was formally inaugurated at an in-house meet held in Hyderabad.
"The advantage of this programme is that the employees will be able to translate the managerial learning into practice at their work places, " said Satish Reddy, managing director and COO, Dr Reddy's.
The first batch of 40 employees has been drawn from various levels of the organisation, for the MBA programme which will commence from August 13.
