Radico Khaitan to amalgamate

Radico Khaitan Ltd fixed February 18 the record date for the amalgamation of Radico Khaitan with Abhishek Cements Ltd. One equity share of Rs 10 of Abhishek Cements Ltd will be allotted for every one share of Rs 10 in the company.
