P&G ties up with IISc

Procter & Gamble, USA, has donated Rs 45 lakh (Rs 4.5 million) to the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to foster collaboration in the area of modelling for chemical and formulated systems.

"The department of chemical engineering at IISc has a great potential in the area of molecular modelling for chemical and formulated systems."

"We believe that this donation will enhance the capability of IISc in further harnessing this potential for societal benefits at large," P&G India R&D vice president Shekhar Mitra said on Tuesday.
