Piramyd Retail debuts on BSE, NSE

Piramyd Retail shares opened at the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday at Rs 146 against an issue price of Rs 120.

On National Stock Exchange, the scrip opened at Rs 140.

Piramal chairperson Urvi Piramal said that the company will focus on western and northern regions for expansion and expects to treble the area under retail over two-and-a-half years.

The stock touched a high and low of Rs 149 and Rs 134.60 on BSE during early hours of trade.
