Kazakhstan will give ONGC Videsh Ltd an oil block in the Caspian Sea.

"We are happy to note that a small beginning has been made in the required direction and Satpaev Block in the Caspian Sea has been identified for joint collaboration," Petroleum Minister Murli Deora said after the two-day Indo-Kazakh joint working group meeting in New Delhi.
