NTPC bags ISTD-FICCI award

National Thermal Power Corporation has bagged the ISTD-FICCI Award for excellence in HR practices.

The award was presented by President APJ Abdul Kalam to NTPC chief managing director C P Jain and director (HR) K K Sinha during the 33rd International Federation of Training and Development Organisation world conference in New Delhi.

The award was given to NTPC for its innovative HR imperatives such as competency, commitment and systems building.
