Stump Vision Ltd, in which Indian leg spinner Anil Kumble is a promoter, has launched three products to cash in on the World Cup fever and tap a huge market at the grassroots level.

Kumble's teammates Rahul Dravid and Javagal Srinath unveiled the sports software solutions company 'Scorite,' which is said to be an easy system for cricket scoring.

"With user-friendly technology as its USP, 'Scorite' is a tool for the scorer, the amateur statistician, the club official, the parent who wants to track a ward's progress as well as for the casual cricket follower with a penchant to score and retrieve data," its CEO Deepak Patil told reporters.

Using a Windows-based application, Scorite provides for both online and offline recording of match data, be it a local league game or an international fixture, the company's director and Anil's brother, Dinesh Kumble said.

The company would focus on clubs and schools in India, which offered a huge market potential and has already started the process in Karnataka of getting them on to the system.

There were also plans to market the product abroad Patil said.

The company also launched CricketerOnline, 'designed to be a single, on-line window unleashing talent and achievements worldwide; a global avenue with two-way access to millions of young crickets world over.'

"COL's members will be provided an option to update statistics, personal and club rankings, game information and interest-specific content with membership open to clubs, schools, colleges and individual players," he said.
