Kirloskar Oil Engines files EoI for PSIDC stake

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has informed BSE that it has submitted an Expression of Interest to KPMG India Pvt Ltd, the global advisor to PSIDC/government of Punjab in respect of divestment of 23.49 per cent shareholding held by the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd in Punjab Tractors Ltd.
