Kirloskar Oil to seek approval for merger

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has informed BSE that it has convened the meeting of equity shareholders of the company on January 21 as directed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit,

approving with or without modifications, the scheme of arrangement embodied in the scheme of amalgamation of Kirloskar Power Supply Company Ltd, with the company.
