"The petition will be heard on September 21 considering urgency of the matter," Jet Airways counsel Janak Dwarkadas said.
He said all cases related to the failed Rs 2,300 crore (Rs 23 billion) deal have been transferred and be heard by the Bombay High Court following a direction from the Supreme Court in this regard.
Earlier, hearing on the arbitration petition was adjourned by Justice D K Deshmukh.
