The offers encompass a range of functions and industries such as consulting, manufacturing, real estate, IT and others.
While maximum placements have happened in the financial services (22 per cent) and consulting (44 per cent).
This year a total of 81 per cent students have made career shifts. Interestingly, the batch of 2008 had 25 per cent women, which according to ISB is the largest number in an Indian B-School.
"106 women students out of the batch of 422 students have received several senior roles across industries. Their CTC has increased three times over after completing the ISB programme as compared to what it was before joining," ISB Director (Career Advancement Services) V K Menon said.
