Global chip making major Intel Corporation on Tuesday announced a worldwide initiative 'Real Server Campaign' in India to educate small and medium-sized businesses about how to select the right server system.

Intel would work with its channel partners including distributors, dealers, system builders, local original equipment manufacturers, original design manufacturers and solution providers for providing technical and marketing help to reach businesses, a company statement said in New Delhi.

"The company aims at providing training and resources to the system builders who serve customers, helping small businesses to handle computing infrastructure more efficiently," Amar Babu, general manager (South Asia) of Intel Technology, said.

The programme will highlight the server infrastructure to best meet the modern demands of enterprise computing solution, including lower operating cost and improved performance.
