Infy BPO VP joins Wipro outsourcing arm

Infosys BPO Vice President Ramit Sethi has joined Wipro BPO as senior vice-President-Knowledge Services and Capital Markets.

According to a Wipro statement in Bangalore on Monday, Sethi joined the company from Infosys BPO, where he was also the Member of the Executive Council.

"Sethi was instrumental in setting up and growing the 'knowledge services' business of Infosys BPO and successfully managed their Research and Analytics outsourcing business," the statement said.

The Wipro BPO is looking at increasing its thrust on the knowledge services practices, which includes higher value added activities like research and analytics, it said.
