ICICI OneSource Ltd on Wednesday completed the acquisition of Rev IT Systems, a Chennai based healthcare outsourcer. The acquisition also includes Rev IT's 100 per cent Michigan-based subsidiary Sherpa Business Solutions.
Rev IT provides outsourcing services in the healthcare domain with over 10 marquee international clients. The company currently operates through its Indian offshore delivery centres at Chennai and Pondicherry and through it 100 per cent subsidiary, Sherpa Business Solution in Michigan.
The acquisition will add healthcare and print and publishing expertise to ICICI OneSource's service offering. It will also inject a significant transaction processing component to its business mix.
"The Rev IT's acquisition is in line with our strategy to expand our service offering and build an end-to end service proposition," said ICICI OneSource managing director and CEO Ananda Mukerji.
